Ben Harris

Experienced therapy for professionals in London and further afield
Welcome. I'm Ben, a psychotherapist working in London (Camden), the Channel Islands and online.
Have a look around the site. You'll find information about me, my qualifications and experience and how I work. If you like what you see get in touch and we can meet swiftly to start working on your difficulties as soon as possible.
Please note: I am working from the Channel Islands until October and currently seeing London and overseas clients online. This method of work is certainly effective, although some embodiment is lost in translation. The most important thing to bear in mind in this sort of experience is the connection with the therapist, and secondly the theoretical-practical basis of the work. The medium of communication has an impact, but less so.
There are times in all our lives when things seem hard to cope with and we feel overwhelmed. Perhaps relationships suffer, or we can feel activities we used to enjoy are no longer as pleasurable as they once were. We may feel under pressure, or lose a sense of meaning in life. Perhaps we repeat destructive but well-worn patterns.
Therapy can help us to understand how we feel, and work out what shifts in our behaviour or how we’re thinking can change that. We seek to bring vitality back to your daily experience.
As a profession which is not legally regulated sadly there are some people describing themselves as therapists and counsellors who have limited experience and rudimentary training. You can have peace of mind in knowing that my training and experience are of an impeccable and exacting standard.
