Experienced therapy for professionals in London and further afield
About Me
I read philosophy, politics and economics at Oxford University. Some of my learnings in existentialism and philosophy of mind still underpin my practice today.
I received a rigorous training at the Minster Centre, one of the country's premier training institutes for counsellors and psychotherapists.
I've worked in public, private and third sectors. I spent some years seeing clients with complex needs on behalf of the mental health charity Mind. As well as helping individual clients for a number of years I've also facilitated group work.
Counselling the City
Most of my twenties were spent in the City, as a corporate analyst and later a solicitor. I know what it is like to work in that highly pressured environment and am used to working with clients with that work profile to contain feelings and institute strategies for becoming more grounded and less stressed, anxious and depressed.

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
