Experienced therapy for professionals in London and further afield
What to expect
Good therapy is about relationships. I aim to provide a supportive and accepting space for you to talk about your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I am integratively trained, meaning that I use a synthesis of different viewpoints on the human condition in our work. I focus on three broad approaches:
Much of my work is about bringing to awareness one's mode of being in the world and then helping you find a balance between change and self-acceptance.
Sometimes supportive and sometimes challenging (and good work is hard, no doubt about it), our work together is based on a connection founded in honesty and respect.
Our first session is an opportunity to talk about what ails you, for you to ask any questions you may have and to work out whether we're a good fit for each other.
My approach has helped many people find a way of being in the world with more ease, freedom and contentment than before, providing greater resilience to face life's inevitable painful experiences. I can help you to find a way to face the future with confidence.
I am integratively trained, meaning that I use a synthesis of different viewpoints on the human condition in our work. I focus on three broad approaches:
- I employ psychodynamic perspectives that help you to bring to consciousness relational patterns and ways of thinking that are connected to past experiences and behaviour.
- I work existentially with issues around death, meaning and meaninglessness and personal responsibility.
- I employ Jungian insights to bring to awareness and integrate the disavowed and split off "shadow" that often has a role in creating feelings of depression, anxiety and guilt.

I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live up to what light I have.
